TERMS & CONDITIONS
To enroll, all members of the household must be professionally screened by Good Riddance Lice Clinic and confirmed lice-free.
✓ All household members must receive a lice screening before coverage begins.
✓ Any household member found with lice must complete the recommended treatment before the household is eligible for coverage.
✓ Coverage begins only after the household has been confirmed lice-free.
✓ Monthly coverage must remain active and payments current.
✓ If a covered member develops a new case of head lice during the coverage period, treatment is included according to the terms of the plan.
✓ Treatment must be performed at a participating Good Riddance Lice Clinic location and scheduled by appointment.
✓ Coverage applies only to individuals enrolled in the plan.
